My 31st Birthday was special in that it was the first time we celebrated it as a married couple. My dearest wife decided to surprise me by cooking a sumptious Japanese dinner. It's the first time that she's cooking a complete meal in such a scale and I was deeply touched by the lengths she took to prepare the food - from buying all the ingredients to researching the recipes and actually cooking the food.
